Group Fitness Classes
We have a huge range of group fitness classes – in fact, we have over 60 group fitness classes for you to choose from! We’re more than just a fitness club – we’re a fitness family!
Are you keen to get involved in group fitness classes? We have one of the biggest group fitness centres in Brisbane. There is always space and you don’t have to book! Our instructors are experienced and long term, so you know that you will have fun and get a great workout when you attend Les Mills designed classes like BodyPump, BodyAttack, and BodyCombat as well as our own Cycle class, Boxing, MMA, Pilates, and Yoga. If you’d prefer to do your aerobics in the water, we also offer aqua aerobics classes, which are low-impact and highly recommended for seniors, those with restricted movement, pregnancy, and rehabilitation.
We run a KIDfit program with lots of fun classes created just for kids. The group classes include Strength For Teens, Self Defence Fitness Programs and lots more. So bring your kids along to your workout, and can get fit and stay active together.

Class Descriptions
A.B.T.
45 minutes – Studio 1
A.B.T is a fun class designed to work the legs, booty & abs. This class will mainly contain weighted exercises with high reps to help tone and shape those abs, bums and thighs. A.B.T is a class with a high burn & is designed to suit all fitness levels and abilities. Target those stubborn area with the help of our experienced team.
AQUA
45 minutes – 25m Pool
Aerobics in the water! A fun, energetic class with water based benefits of resistance and low AQUA impact for joints. Great for beginners, rehabilitation and pregnancy.
AQUA ZUMBA
45 minutes – 15m & 25m Pools (Check Timetable for Location)
With the structure of a standard Zumba class, Aqua Zumba gets you dancing to infectious Latin music with unique dance moves in water. It blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, creating a safe, low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise.
BODY ATTACK
60 minutes – Studio 1
This is a sports-inspired cardio group workout by Les Mills. It is the perfect class if you want to build speed, endurance, stamina, ordination, agility and overall fitness.
BODY COMBAT
60 minutes – Studio 1
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
BODY PUMP
60 minutes – Studio 1
This hour-long workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises. Great music and your choice of weight will inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BOXING
45 minutes – Boxing Room
Our boxing fitness classes provide: A strength and cardio-based workout all in one. Improvement of your resting heart rate and muscular endurance. Increased balance, coordination, reactivity and agility. Please bring your own personal equipment including wraps and gloves to class.
COLOSSEUM
(Cross-Training Classes)
60 minutes – The Colosseum
The Colosseum is our custom-built cross-training facility and includes all the equipment you need for high intensity interval training (HIIT) or strength training. From sleds, Olympic rings, power rack and cable machines to monkey bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and elastic resistance training – this area has you covered. We have several classes that take place in this area a week, the only question is: are you game?
CYCLE
45 minutes – The Vault
Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Discover your inner athlete – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
DEEP WATER AQUA
45 minutes – 25m Pool
The weightlessness of the water has no impact on joints and allows for full range of movement. Great class for rehabilitation and beginners.
FREESTYLE SCULPT
60 minutes – Studio 1
A low impact freestyle class with a mixture of different training styles. Freestyle Sculpt utilses barbell’s, weight plates, body weight, bands and other resources to help build muscle and shape the entire body in a 60 minute class.
GENTLE AQUA
45 minutes – 15m Pool
A toned down version of Aqua. Great for seniors and those with restricted movement.
KETTLEBELL STRENGTH & FITNESS
45 minutes – The Colosseum
Build your strength and fitness by utilising various kettlebell techniques and methods – open to all fitness levels. Get a whole-body workout with Anthony, our PT and very own international kettlebell champion and level three kettlebell coach.
PILATES
60 minutes – Studio 1
Incorporating elements of yoga, martial arts and other forms of exercise, this class will help to improve posture, strength and flexibility with a focus on stretching and strengthening the whole body.
YOGA
60 minutes – Studio 1
Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses. Learning how to breathe can calm your mind, and increase your mobility and flexibility. Yoga also increases muscle strength and stamina.
ZUMBA
60 minutes – Studio 1
A fuse of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves featuring a combination of interval and resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
