Squash

Squash is a fast-paced racquet sport that provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. In a game of squash you will be running, leaping and diving for the ball; making it a fun way to increase your fitness. Squash will also help to maintain a healthy weight and promote good coordination, agility and build your hand–eye coordination.

At AJ’s Sports Centre we have three glassed walled squash courts for our members to use. The Squash courts are included as part of all memberships and visitor day passes.  We also have plenty of racquets and balls available to lend if you forget your own.
